    On Day 2, delegates take part in small group discussions to begin to review, analyze, and consider the topics raised on day 1. We will brainstorm and select the most successful next steps that will break down barriers to enable deployment of the most critical innovations. We will hear regulators’ views on innovations in a Regulator Perspectives Roundtable.

    Small Group Discussions: Delegates will form small groups and identify keys to accelerating change through facilitator lead discussions on these three topics:

    • Transformative Technologies
    • Efficient Processes and Business Models
    • Effective Culture, Leadership and Collaboration

    Regulator Perspectives Roundtable: Facilitated roundtable discussion for regulatory leaders, where responsibilities, best practices for technical evolution and process improvements, challenges and ideas to tackle them will be discussed.

    Day 3 is a Call to Action. Break Out Session facilitators will report out on the innovations, associated barriers, ideas identified to overcome each of those barriers, and who can best act on those after this forum. Attendees will prioritize the most critical innovations on the list, rank which barrier should be worked on first, and give input on the identified parties to overcome the barriers.
