    On Day 2, delegates take part in small group discussions to begin to review, analyze, and consider the topics raised on day 1. We will brainstorm and select the most successful next steps that will break down barriers to enable deployment of the most critical innovations. We will hear regulators’ views on innovations in a Regulator Perspectives Roundtable.

    Small Group Discussions: Delegates will form small groups and identify keys to accelerating change through facilitator lead discussions on these three topics:
    • How can technology transform nuclear?

    • How can frameworks that help boost innovation be designed?

    • How must culture, leadership and collaboration evolve to stimulate and deliver effective innovation?

    Day 3 is a Call to Action. Small Group Discussion chairpersons and early career chairpersons will report out on the innovations, associated barriers, ideas identified to overcome each of those barriers, and who can best act on those after this forum. Attendees will prioritize the most critical innovations on the list, rank which barrier should be worked on first, and give input on the identified parties to overcome the barriers.
